All services are subject to separate service agreements that will outline specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules.
Use of Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others. You must not:

For interior design projects:

- Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client decisions
- Client approval is required at key project milestones
- Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement
Limitation of Liability
Urban Tusker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use our website or services
- Delays or interruptions in service delivery due to factors beyond our control
- Actions of third-party contractors or suppliers
- Any errors or omissions in website content
Third-Party Services

Cancellation and Refunds

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
